1. Project Scope & Approvals
Each project begins with a clear scope definition. Visual direction and mockups are presented for client review before code development commences. Revisions are conducted according to the agreed package tier.
2. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon final project settlement, full ownership of custom website code, bespoke design assets, and brand identity materials transfers to the client.
3. Hosting, Domains & Third-Party Services
Domain registration and recurring hosting fees are direct client subscriptions. DesignLeaf assists with initial DNS configuration, cloud setup, and deployment.
